We all want to live fully, relate deeply, have a healthy emotional life, and give our energy to what is meaningful to us.

The journey may begin with a major life transition, a recent loss, unpredictable emotions, memories of past trauma or other life events. I have found that for most of my clients their journey ultimately leads to a deep level, connecting them with their center and drawing them to a loving and peaceful relationship with themselves and others.

My work with clients always involves learning new skills for emotional and relational health. I also provide education to help clients come to new ways of understanding their experiences.

I can also work with you in a process that is deeply transformational. This involves connecting with yourself, learning emotional and relational skills, and giving a voice to those experiences in life that continue to cause you pain and fear. As this happens, you begin to experience …
